Through its Community Benefit Program, Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital is committed to helping to reduce the health equity gap that exists among residents within our service area of 21215, 21216, and 21217. Our partnerships with schools, local government agencies, faith-based organizations, and grassroots organizations help us develop and implement initiatives, activities, and investments that improve health outcomes. Our programming was developed utilizing our current Community Health Needs Assessment, which outlines goals and objectives for the following priorities: 

  • Access to Care
  • Chronic Health Conditions 
  • Mental Health & Substance Use
  • Violence & Safety 
  • Social Determinants of Health
