Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital's Pediatric Gastroenterology Services offer outpatient services for the evaluation and treatment of infants, children and adolescents with gastrointestinal disorders.
Patients served by this program include, but are not limited to, patients with conditions such as:
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease
- Dysphagia
- Failure to thrive
- Inflammatory bowel disease
- Celiac disease
- Peptic/Duodenal ulcer disease
- Malabsorption disorders
- Pancreatic disorders
- Childhood liver disease
- Neonatal jaundice – direct hyperbilirubinemia
- Portal hypertension
- Chronic hepatitis
- Viral Hepatitis – Hep B, Hep C
- Acute and chronic diarrhea
- Constipation
- Recurrent abdominal pain
