Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital Audiology Services offer comprehensive, expert evaluation and management of various degrees of hearing loss in infants, children and adolescents (ages 0-21). Early identification and intervention of a hearing impairment is crucial for the development and enhancement of communication skills.
The goal of speech-language pathology services is to maximize each patient's communication and oral-motor functioning status so that he/she will have use of the most efficient communication and/or feeding program.
